Thank you to Axel’s new foster home for taking him in and giving him a chance.  It looks like he’s doing quite well adjusting to the comforts of home!

Nothing beats a good back scratching!

Axel loves to run and makes a good jogging partner!  He’s a quick learner and enjoys training activities, and he’s more motivated by being petted than by food!

“I KNOW I’m not allowed up here, but I just wanted to surprise you when you came back in the room; besides, I want to keep you company while you get ready for work!”

“C’mon.  I’m sleeping… see?  I am being VERY good.  Don’t kick me off the bed!”

Axel’s FAVORITE time of the day:  Breakfast and Dinner.  Here, he’s concerned that I may have forgotten that ‘It’s time!’  He will also try to convince me that he needs a snack before bedtime by showing me the way to his food.

Axel wasn’t too sure about the snow…he didn’t waste too much time in it.  Here, he was in a hurry to get back to the deck!
