Beautiful Dot would love to find her forever home soon.  She’s been in rescue a while, waiting for the right person to come along.   Dot’s a well-mannered girl, and she’s learned to walk nicely on the leash (the harness helps keep her from pulling).  She enjoys one or two long walks per day, and doesn’t require tons of exercise like a younger GSP does - walks and some ball toss work well for her - she loves the ball!  Since Dot needs to be the only dog in the home, her forever family will not mind that she’s not suited for the dog park or other doggie activities but will instead love her for her sweet nature and loving temperament.  They’ll appreciated that Dot loves being with her people more than any other activity!

Dot loves to go for walks, and her foster mom loves to take her for long walks every day!  Not to mention all that ball-playing!

Ok, you can look at me, and I’ll look at you.  But the ball stays with me!

What a gorgeous girl!  She’s ready for her walk!  She’s fully recovered from her spay and is ready to meet potential adopters!

She’s feeling a bit better now and is getting some time outside.

Hello!

She likes the sun.

And she still needs her rest!  Her coughing is getting better.  Hopefully she’ll be ready for her spay in a few weeks.

Sweet Dot got in a bit of snuggle time before heading on the final leg of her trip from the shelter to her foster home.  She’s being treated for pneumonia, and needs to gain back some weight.  Now that she’s safe and sound, and in excellent hands, she should regain her health in no time!
